What is Face Mix Technology?

Contrary to a common misconception, face mix paving contains the same amount of pigment as a thru mix block and, in some cases, even more. However, because the pigment is concentrated within the top 15% of the block, it is more effectively displayed at the surface.
This concentrated face layer also helps the colour stabilisers perform more effectively, improving resistance to fading and helping the paving retain its appearance over time.
