    Who is eligible for an RF Paving trade account?

    Our trade accounts are designed for professionals in the outdoor and indoor construction sectors, including landscapers, garden designers, architects, property developers, and interior tilers.

    What information do I need to provide to sign up for a paving trader account?

    To process your application quickly, we require your company name, contact details, and company number (if applicable). Providing your website or professional social media pages also helps us to verify your business status faster.

    How long does it take for my trade account to be approved?

    Once you submit your enquiry, our team usually reviews and activates trade accounts within 24–48 hours, so you can start benefiting from trade pricing immediately.

    What kind of discounts can I expect with a trade account?

    Trade members receive exclusive “Reduced Rates” across our entire catalogue, including porcelain paving, natural stone, and laying systems. These rates are significantly lower than our public retail prices. In addition, there will be special sales and discounts throughout the year, exclusively available to account holders.

    Is there a minimum spend or monthly order requirement?

    Can you deliver directly to my job site?

    We offer nationwide delivery directly to your business address or your customer’s project site. We run our own fleet of vehicles with Moffat offload to ensure we can be as supportive as possible of your orders, and your materials arrive safely and on time.

    Do you provide samples for my clients?

    Trade members get priority access to samples of our porcelain and natural stone ranges, helping you close deals with your clients by showing them the quality firsthand.

    Do you offer bespoke stone cutting or fabrication services?

    Through our trade portal, you can enquire about bespoke steps, copings, and cut-to-size stone to meet unique project specifications that standard off-the-shelf products can’t satisfy.
