Now we are going to talk about RF and what we have been doing to promote our growth over the past few years and what we are also continuing to do.
RF is a family run company and the company is built on the foundation of trust and care for our customers. We believe that they are the most important assets that a company should have along with a quality product.
We have two artic flatbed trucks that deliver our full loads nationwide alongside two rigid trucks, one curtain sider and the other, a flatbed rigid curtain sider. These are mainly used for our local deliveries and for all of our retail orders. We also offer part loads of Natural Stone to our stockist via these vehicles.
We have just built a brand-new showroom that I’m sure you’ll love! This is to showcase the RF Tiles ever growing Italian porcelain range. We have also just built a new warehouse to stock our growing range ensuring that the products are stored inside. We all know the Italian’s are all about pure quality! They are known worldwide for their attention to detail in almost all industries, from cars and cheese, to the attention to detail they apply in our exclusive porcelain range. Our porcelain range is different to many others offering bespoke items such as copings, swimming pool edgings, drainage systems, large format tiles and much more.
And it does not stop there, the RF Tiles exclusive range also has a complementing external in and out range. This range is new to 2017/18. All of our external porcelain is R11 slip rated, vitrified, anti-frost and anti-algae, so you can keep your porcelain as clean and fresh as the day you bought it with little maintenance.
RF paving also have a new and improved display that we are currently still working on. We hope that this will display our range of products to our customers in the most transparent way. The new display gives you all the options for your project, ranging from a large range of Natural Indian Sandstones, Limestones, Slate, Granites, as well as our exclusive Italian exterior porcelain range. We also showcase all of our accessories and ancillary products from circles and cobble setts to Marcrist blades, jointing compounds, grouts and adhesives!
Here at RF we have always specialized in natural stone paving, so you could say we are very knowledgeable in this area as well as expanding into RF wall and floor tiles. With this, we wanted to make your experience with us that bit better so we are now a one stop shop selling cement, sand and also MOT hardcore for your convenience. We hope to support our stockists in whatever way we can via advertising, sales support and tools and also continuing to source and supply high quality products that everyone enjoys to sell and use! We will continue to support our customers making each experience positive. We will continue to ethically source all of our products trying each year to become more sustainable, charitable and supporting our local community.

My son and Daughter both work for the business along with many other individuals that are part of the RF family. So if the question is why do I think we are growing as a company? I think this is down to the staff providing a positive experience, high quality product along with aftercare and advice. Also with an absolute will to want to maintain RF’s reputation and not let our customers down. We promise to always try our best.
